PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE YOUR PURCHASE.
Except as set out in this agreement, all sales are final. ALL DEPOSITS AND PURCHASES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. User agrees to not dispute nor request chargebacks of any payments made to Jessie Davis or 3rd party financing, and digital product will be delivered to email used at checkout.

Agreements made between User and 3rd parties, including but not limited to Affirm, shall be the sole responsibility of the User and are strictly enforced as non-cancellable. 3rd party agreements for financing are considered a loan with that 3rd party and shall be considered same as payment in full to Jessie Davis. Financing through a 3rd party is not a payment plan with Jessie Davis and does not warrant or assign any responsibility to Jessie Davis. User agrees that Jessie Davis has no ability to pause or otherwise modify the agreement with 3rd parties.

Any monthly subscription shall be the responsibility of the purchaser to cancel 5 business days prior to renewal or next scheduled payment by logging in to the Billings link with email used at checkout. Payment plans toward a full amount due are not cancellable.
